- The Crimson Tide finished with a 13-1 and a #4 ranking in both the AP and Coach’s poll
- Ohio State ended Oklahoma’s shot at a 3peat and a 45th straight win, with a 52-18 victory in the BCS Title Game
- Florida St remains undefeated and actually gets 30 first place votes in the Media poll, to Ohio State’s 35.
- Arkansas who gave me a tough game finished #6 in both polls
