stolenbike dynasty

fuller of troy

In 2012, Seth Sanchez was placed ahead of William Fuller on the depth chart, even though Fuller had a higher overall rating (85 to Sanchez’s 80). In fact there were even thoughts to put Sanchez at FS (he would’ve been 82 as a FR) or at WR (would’ve been 80). Who knows how this dynasty may have turned out, had Fuller been the “next bama running back”?

Thankfully it worked out well for both sides. Sanchez set several records and united the hispanic american population, while Fuller transferred to Troy and led them to a bowl game. Both will be top RB prospects in the upcoming NFL Draft. So the match up was set between upstart Troy and #2Alabama and Fuller, who would finish the game with 132 yards and 2 TDs was the only person on the Troy Trojans who showed up. Marcus Minor and Seth Sanchez only played 1 half but their stats were amazing:

Minor 14-17 160 yards 4 TDs
Sanchez 190 yards 1 TD, 4 REC 36 yards 1 TD

Everyone on the roster got p/t and if anything, this game showed a glimpse into the future of the Crimson Tide. Two 2nd team players that performed well were SO FB James Campbell who rushed for 3 TDs, and FR MLB Loren “LoJo” Johnson of Hollywood, California. I did not control him once but he still managed 8 tackles in the 2nd half.

Alabama 60, Troy 21

DEF Captain Branch reminding ex-Tide Fuller about Tuscaloosa

Interesting note: At the start of the game Hartselle’s Jaymond Keller asked coach Namath if he would let his other Hartselle Crew, get p/t. Namath asked him to get two INTs and he did. The crew played, but they were all terrible, but Bama’s #1 CB was happy. They’re a package deal!

up next is an away game against South Carolina. Minor who is basically the black Peyton / Leinart is still haunted by last year’s loss to the Fighting Game Cocks, in which he almost lost his starting job. Now here’s a BC/Garbage malvern pic for CL
