For the 9th straight year in my Dynasty, Alabama beat Arkansas, but once again the Hogs gave the Tide a near heart attack.
previous 3 games against Arkansas (pls click on links for SBD flashbacks)
2012 – Alabama 31, Arkansas 28
2013 – Alabama 38, Arkansas 35 OT
2014 – Alabama 13, Arkansas 10
The Game of the Week lived up to the hype going into three overtimes. Arkansas’s D had shut down Seth Sanchez for 3 quarters, but he came up big with a game tying TD in the closing minutes of the 4th and two TDs in overtime. WR Anthony Thomas got his touches, but TE Lucas Campbell was solid making most of his catches on 3rd down. Player of the game however goes to 5th year Senior Daniel Johnson. The LE had 8 tackles 4 sacks and 2 forced fumbles. One of the fumbles came in the 3rd OT series, the Tide recovered, then hit a FG for a 34-31 victory

key stats
- Minor 18-27 275 yards 2 TDs
- Sanchez 110 yards 2 TDs, 4-55-1
- Lucas Campbell 6-110-1
- Daniel Johnson = clutch
Tide can’t rest with another “Game of the Week” against 4-0 Florida. The Gators have only given up 13 points and their QB and #1CB are both from the state of Alabama. Thank god the game is in Tuscaloosa. Now enjoy this pic of two of Vancouver’s brightest. YES they are trying to wash windows for change on a rainy day and YES they did offer me a cellphone for drugs (do i look like drug dealer?). And NO they could not comprehend the fact that I told them that what they were doing was not so smart.

wow Squeegee kids make a long trip – Montreal first (run out by cops) Toronto (run out by cops) and now Vancouver, I guess they are going to have to clean whales next.
Man, Sanchez is so awesome it hurts. Even when he’s off, he’s on. I really like this Tide team, there is something special here. Come on Latino Heisman.

I like this Johnson kid. Coach always says it’s important to bring your ‘A’ game and it looks like that’s just what he did. Bravo.
I like what you’ve done with the ESPN The Magazine cover collage. This blog gets more and more professional every day.

It was raining in Vancouver? Weird. And yes, you kind of do look like a drug dealer. But only if it helps with football booster-ing.
